A Cooking Class

I have been thinking lately about teaching a basic cooking class. I want to get an idea if anyone would be interested. My main focus would be on making stocks, using sourdough, milk/water kefir, simple home cooked meals, etc... If anyone is interested will you leave me a comment or email me at shcall13@yahoo.com.
